THE DUMPSTER PROJECT
The Dumpster Project mission is to educate and engage. This means using the real-world challenge of transforming a trash dumpster into a home to spark interest in sustainability and inspire learning. They use the Dumpster as an innovative science and environmental education platform linked to lessons about energy, water, air, health, waste, and space. They hope to help the next generation of environmental leaders develop sustainable solutions that blend science, technology, engineering, design, and the arts.

UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN SCHOOL OF NURSING SIMULATION AND SKILLS CENTER
The School of Nursing Simulation and Skills Center (SSC) is a state-of-the-art nursing educational facility that incorporates simulated, realistic learning experiences into the instruction of nursing students. SSC provides an environment for students to practice and demonstrate nursing skills. Students learn psychomotor, physical assessment, and critical thinking skills necessary for clinical performance. Students have hands-on practice with the equipment and techniques they will need for the practice setting.
